A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on location.

Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)

Q: What’s the difference between 2oz and 4oz powders?
A: Both have the same high-quality formula — the 2oz is perfect for trying new shades, while the 4oz is ideal for techs who use powders frequently.

Q: How do I care for my Kolinsky brush?
A: Always clean your brush with monomer after use, avoid using acetone. Our brushes are keratin coated to ensure your brush stays in perfect condition.

Q: Are your products safe to use?
A: Yes! All Nailux Pro products are made with professional-grade formulas and are Health Canada Approved. Please follow all usage instructions for best results.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return an item?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Please review our Return Policy for details.

Q: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
