At Nailux Pro, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all labels intact.

  • Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@nailuxpro.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will send you instructions for returning your item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nailux Pro error.


3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@nailuxpro.com with a photo of the product and packaging.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Sale Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
