1. Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all labels intact.

Used, opened, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nailux Pro error.
3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@nailuxpro.com with a photo of the product and packaging.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
