Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nailux Pro products. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email shop.nailuxpro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (including liquids such as monomer, primer, and gels).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at shop.nailuxpro@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product/packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


Responsibility

Nailux Pro is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
